A standard Japanese driver's license (AT allowed) is required. International licenses may be accepted — please check with us before booking.
The Classic and Black TukTuks hold up to 2 people including the driver. The Colorful TukTuk holds up to 3. For larger groups, we can arrange multiple vehicles.
We have vinyl rain covers, so we ride in all weather! Refunds or date changes are only offered when an official weather warning is issued. Regular rain and light showers are non-refundable.
Absolutely! We offer full English support via LINE, email, and at pick-up. English maps and tour guides are also provided.
7+ days before: Free ／ 6 days to 2 days before: 30% fee ／ Day before: 50% fee ／ Same day or no-show: 100% fee. Natural disasters and force majeure: cancelled free of charge. If we cancel, you receive a full refund.
